Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the items back.

How to return: email hello@xroksports.co.uk with your order number and the items you're returning, and we'll send you the return details.

Condition: please send items back unworn and unwashed, with tags attached if possible. If an item has been used more than you'd need to try it on, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Refunds: we'll refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the items back, or proof you've sent them. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty items: if something is faulty, email us with a photo within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and we'll cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
